Booking Fee
A booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding photography date. Dates are reserved only when the booking fee is paid in full by cheque or cash. This sum will apply towards the contracted fee and the booking deposit is non-refundable.

The balance of the payment for the services contracted for must be paid on the wedding day. Payment for additional Wedding album are made when ordered. Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the client. Additional costs may be charged on albums/reprint orders placed 12 months after the wedding.

G.H Photography reserves the right to change its prices or withdraw an item from sale or other particulars contained on the website without notice at any time. Prices charged for services will be those prevailing when an order / booking is accepted.

The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to The Photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies. A Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in the payment in full.
Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then at the discretion of the photographer and subject to availability, monies other than the booking fee may be applied to the new wedding.

Force majeure
Images produced within contract shall remain in the sole ownership of G.H Photography until all monies are paid.

Weather and Delays
Weather permitting the photographs will be taken as agreed. In the event of inclement weather the photographer, in cooperation with the client will make necessary changes to the schedule and will do his best to produce coverage of the wedding within the time allocated to him. Similarly, when delays occur due to circumstances out with his control, the photographer will stay on beyond the agreed time if required, for an additional fee.

The Photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, bridegroom or other members of the wedding party not being ready on time, nor by restrictions placed on the photographer by officials of the church, register office, or other licensed marriage venues.The photographer does not guarantee any specific picture or any amount of formal group photos nor to include any specific background, location prop, and no responsibility will be taken by The Photographer(s) in the event of leaving somebody out although every effort will be made to interpret the client's wishes.

Clients own Photo Shoot list
Clients with a list of shots they want taken will need to take responsibility for organising the people on the day and giving such list to the ushers or bestman.

Maximum Daytime guest limit.
All wedding packages are limited to 85 daytime guests attending the ceremony - over that amount two photographers will be required at an additional cost.

On The Day
The photographer is the only authorised and official photographer for your wedding day. The earliest the photographer will work on any wedding day is two hours before the ceremony and the latest shall be 8.00pm. A hot meal for the photographer must be provided if evening coverage is requested. If no meal is provided, it is understood that the Photographer will leave the event to purchase a meal.

In the unlikely event of the assigned photographer being unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to appoint another photographer of the same calibre to attend the wedding to undertake the wedding photography to his / her ability.

Photographers cancellation: in the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to fulfil the commitment due to death, injury sickness or alterative photographer not been available our liability insurance shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

we reserve the right to use any resulting photography for promotional and display purposes such as online galleries, at wedding fairs, within printed promotional material or for any other reasonable promotions.

Images and storage
I maintain the copyright but all of the images are licensed to the Client(s) for personal use, which includes any printing, book making, social networking etc. All the images created by the photographer' shall be backed up and stored for two years.
